Introduction

I am currently accepting new clients. Visit the website to fill out consult form: https://alwayslivelovely.com/individual-therapy-services/ I can teach you effective tools to utilize and educate you on what you are experiencing to help you reach your goals. I was trained to be a generalist therapist, but have special interest in supporting maternal/paternal mental health, childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, difficult relationships, young adulthood, dream exploration & healing. I help make healing accessible and relatable, while talking about difficult topics. Your mind is a powerful tool that you have to invest in to strengthen. We all have barriers that need to be broken. Most times our mind, emotions, and past experiences get in the way of us being able to live the lovely life we desire. You deserve to experience relief. You can overcome. Always Live Lovely is a unique approach to life because, you define what it means for yourself. Life is all about finding what works best for you. Do what makes you happy, do what helps you heal, do what makes you feel whole, embrace life, and commit to your journey. I applaud you for making it this far; life gets tough and here you are willing to make it better. Through our work together I will help you make necessary mental shifts.
