I work with teens, adults and couples going through difficult life adjustments- relationship challenges, family, health, loss, college/employment, or feeling bunt out with everyday stressors. I believe as human beings we all have our own unique strengths and needs. And a huge part of healing is connected to being okay with who we are: Acceptance which is different, more humble, from forgiveness. And If we can arrive at a place of acceptance for ourselves and and the others around us, the world we live in could be a much better place. As a mom, a daughter, a wife and a person coming from a different cultural background, I deeply appreciate challenges that come with the many roles we juggle in life and I am passionate about celebrating individuality. I believe that by combining your expertise of your lived experienced and the tools and strategies that I have as a therapist, together we can work towards what feels best for you. I strongly believe that therapy should be the space where you can truly relax and be your self. We will talk, laugh, and find our rhythm together. I work with a variety of modalities and specialize in self compassion based therapy. And, I would absolutely work with you to ease the anxiety and worry and get back to feeling uplifted and joyful.
