As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Grief Counselor, I believe that the best way to honor and celebrate those that we have lost is to acknowledge, understand, and fully experience our grief. Working in the field of grief and loss since 2014, I have found that connection with others has a powerful impact on learning to understand our own grief. In the counseling space, I strive to bring my own sense of calm, curiosity, compassion, and connectedness to learn more about your journey. I use a collaborative approach to therapy with my clients as we work together to identify your strengths, resources, and resiliency while also addressing – and normalizing – grief responses. At the heart of grief are powerful stories of love and of living. I feel deeply fortunate to be able to share in those stories while helping you find peace within your loss. I truly believe in the hope and healing that can be found in counseling.
