Introduction

As a practitioner who has practiced in the mental health field for over 30 years I specialize in trauma therapy. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Certified 200 HR Yoga Teacher. My philosophy as a therapist is that my role is to help my clients discover possibilities, internal strengths and change the narrative finding exceptions transitioning from what they see as "never changing" to "this could be different" so that they can bounce back from adversity and bounce forward to flourish and thrive. .
