Introduction

I’m a nerd committed to helping other nerds learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I work with both individuals and couples to enhance communication, intimacy, and a sense of connection and belonging. I am a bit on the directive side and will give you tools to use and homework to try. My current passion project is utilizing Dungeons & Dragons as group therapy for adolescents or adults. I offer free, no-commitment consultations. Everything is telehealth at the moment . I practice in both Colorado and Michigan.
