Introduction

As a licensed Clinical Psychologist I generally work with clients using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on accepting what cannot be changed and committing to what is most important to the individual. I also frequently use a variety of other therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, relationship concerns, couples counseling, crisis of faith, and personality disorders. I primarily work with adults and teenagers.
