I bring 30 years of experience to my practice as a therapist, consultant, trainer and supervisor. My practice is founded in Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral and Brief SoIution Focused Therapies. I championed mental health and wellness initiatives in public schools. I offer a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space for you to talk and move beyond your difficulties.
