Introduction

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse. Also, am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I've always wanted people to fully embrace their full potential. My mantra in life is Freedom, Empowerment, and Enthusiasm, for ourselves and our lives. We try to balance the daily stressors in our lives. The stress and anxiety becomes overwhelming. Or we keep living our life with the past in front of us expecting life to be different. It can take a toll on us and most importantly our health. Ongoing, chronic stress can bring on symptoms or exacerbate health problems. The stress affects our mental health, physical health and the heart of who we our (our soul). Through counseling we'll identify what's weighing on your emotions. You'll learn strategies to manage and cope with the stress, anxiety, and depression for a balanced life. You DESERVE it and to be HAPPY!! Contact me for your free 15 minute consultation at (716)771-2838, You can also schedule an appointment through the online calendar. Looking forward to talking with you.
