Are you a couple in need of pre-marital or marital counseling? Life is full of changes and with each life transition there can be challenges, like becoming a new mother, new job, new relationship, loss of a love one, etc. With over 20 years working in the mental health profession, I specialize in helping women manage life transitions, postpartum depression, grief, anxiety, and stress. I also have extensive experience and training working with foster care and adoption related concerns. I believe in an integrative psychotherapeutic approach, which means utilizing a variety of orientations and therapies, to meet my client's needs. I'm also a Dona trained Postpartum Doula.
