My journey in the field began with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, at LaSalle University in 1997. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the same institution in 2003. As an experienced clinician with over 25 years in a variety of therapeutic settings for adolescents and adults including outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, I feel honored to have walked alongside so many wonderful clients. My treatment approach is trauma-informed and integrative, incorporating elements from various established therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), Contemplative, Existential and Family Systems.
