Introduction

I have worked as a therapist in Athens since 2007 and graduated from UGA. I am a generalist practitioner and use a variety of clinical practices, such as: CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Strength, and Client centered practices, and Motivational Interviewing among a few. I enjoy looking at how a client has created their life and helping them clinically to make changes and resolve issues that have hindered this design.
