My passion for supporting others as a psychotherapist comes from my own lived experience as a first-generation Cambodian American immigrant, a cis, able-bodied woman of color, navigating life between two socio-cultures. I was born in Cambodia, came to the U.S. in 2003 with the love and sponsorship of an adoptive American family. I bring cultural awareness and humility to my practice. I grew up in a multigenerational household emphasizing the importance of education, community, and family values. Together, we can build community, deepen self-connection, develop healthy relationships, and make meaning from pain.
