The decision to seek counseling can be both difficult and overwhelming...not to mention intimidating. To that end I want to reassure you that I will be non-judgmental and empathetic. Therapy requires you to be vulnerable and honest yourself. Therapy is also an opportunity for growth and healing. My mission is to provide culturally sensitive service to my clients on their journey to healing. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness in my practice. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore negative patterns and find potential solutions, so that they can create healthy relationships with themselves and others.
