Introduction

My name is Chelsie Braden. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with over 4 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns- depression, anxiety, domestic violence relationship, career challenges, addiction, trauma, and grief and loss. I am also a Geek/Nerd-Culture informed Therapist. My counseling style is warm and compassionate. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client-centered therapy, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. We will also work together to identify your strengths, and help to find ways to use them to help create what you want and need in life. In our sessions together, we will collaborate in order to establish goals to work towards over the course of treatment. My goal is to offer a safe space to be open without fear of judgment while providing guidance and support you need throughout life’s challenges. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
