Introduction

While I am trained as a generalist, I have extensive therapeutic experience working with perfectionistic or high-achieving adults (18+) who are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing identity-related concerns as well as those who are interested in improving their relationships. My approach is directive and integrative, viewing the past as contributing to each of our current experiences, while exploring and addressing the current impact this is having within your life. I also incorporate skills/strategies to implement outside of therapy to best use the time between appointments. In addition to therapeutic services with adults, I also provide psychological testing to individuals who are 8+ years of age. Testing is often completed to clarify whether challenges within your daily life may be related to ADHD, a learning disorder (reading, writing, or math), or a mood-related diagnosis, and offers individualized treatment recommendations.
