Introduction

In order to grow, one must push through their comfort zone. I believe building trust and a healthy therapeutic alliance are key in the journey to becoming the best version of ourselves. I utilize a holistic approach to treatment, integrating Cognitive Behavioral techniques with Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug counselor. I have been providing care in various levels over the last few years. I am passionate in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults as I believe this time is key in one's development. Asking for help can be difficult, but shows the strength one holds. Together, we will identify your strengths and work towards creating positive change. I will support you each step of the journey towards creating the best version of yourself.
