Introduction

Hello, and welcome! I'm Chelsea Solorzano, an LMFT who specializes in working with mommas and couples navigating the perinatal period and early parenthood. I became a therapist because I delight in growth and believe it often happens in relationship. I believe that authenticity matters, and that having the courage to be honest - even about difficulty - opens up hope for change. I believe that everyone, when they have the support, caring space, and tools they need, can begin taking steps towards further growth, healing, wholeness, and even joy. As a therapist, I am always on the lookout for growth, and have a warm, collaborative style. I use a predominately systemic, attachment-informed, experiential, strengths-based, and trauma-informed clinical approach. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and trauma.
