Introduction

Pronouns: she/her I come from a mixed race family and speak English and Japanese. I do not practice faith/religion in my work and do not reject any faith/religion. I am committed to providing affirmative therapy with all clients. I am casual, friendly, and like to give feedback in a clear manner. I want to provide you a comforting place to work on yourself. My main modalities include talk therapy through Narrative Therapy and Bowenian Therapy. What this means is that you write your own story while we work together in finding how your past experiences affect you now. I also implement Brainspotting and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You have every right to feel how you feel. No one can tell you how you feel is wrong. My goal is to support you in unraveling confusing and contradicting thoughts that may exist so that you can learn more about who you are and become the best version of yourself. Credentials and Background: I graduated from Argosy University at Denver with a Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently licensed through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and as a Licensed Addiction Counselor.
