Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Social Work. My early career focused on supporting young children and their families through roles at organizations like Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Head Start. During this time, I assisted families with essential services, including housing support, coping skills, parenting education, food and transportation resources, medical care, and rehabilitation. After several years in the social work field, I pursued graduate studies at Ashland Theological Seminary, earning my degree with honors in 2023. My career transitioned into counseling, first as a school counselor working with teenagers, and later into full-time mental health counseling for adults. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on supporting young adults and adults facing concerns such as core beliefs, anxiety, depression, work and relationship stressors, and grief. Drawing from a person-centered approach, I prioritize empathy, empowerment, and collaboration. For clients interested, I also offer faith-based counseling that aligns with their values and needs. Together, we can create a path toward growth, healing, and well-being. I’d love to explore whether we’d be a great team in this journey. Affordable Counseling Options: I believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone. To make this possible, I offer a sliding scale fee structure based on your financial situation.
