Introduction

I pursued my therapy career after suffering from severe anxiety as a teen throughout young adulthood. I finally tried therapy after many unsuccessful attempts to help myself and it (obviously) changed my life! After experiencing what is possible with some help, I set off to achieve my Licensed Clinical Social Work license... and now here you are. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma progressive symptoms, I can help understand connections that may be keeping you stuck and help to offer a new way forward. I'm passionate with working with the LGBTQIA+ community and am proficient in assisting with all gender and sexuality issues that arise during our lives. Allow me to work along side with you to understand your truest self and meet you at whatever stage and comfort level you are at.
