In addition to individual therapy, I also offer a Postpartum Planning Session, which is a 90-minute session designed to help new parents prepare for the emotional and practical challenges of the postpartum period. I will work with you to create a personalized plan that addresses your specific needs, concerns, and expectations. This session includes support for you and your partner (or support person) as you explore topics such as managing stress, understanding postpartum mood changes, building support systems, and balancing self-care with caregiving. You’ll leave with practical tools, strategies, and a sense of readiness for the transition into parenthood, whether it's your first child or you're adjusting to a growing family.
