Introduction

Do you find yourself thinking that you're "crazy," "broken," or "unfixable." Are your relationships with others going down the drain? Are you tired of feeling like your friendships, job, life, etc. are completely unstable and on the verge of breaking? Do you worry that loved ones will abandon you? With my certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I am able to work with the client to create a treatment plan that is completely tailored to the client's needs. In utilizing DBT like this, we are able to move at the client's pace to ensure skill proficiency prior to moving on to the next skill. Therapy is only truly effective if the client and the clinician have a good connection. Active listening and providing validation are two of the most important techniques that I utilize to build a connection and help the client feel safe. I would love to have the opportunity to help you through your therapeutic journey. Let's get you scheduled for a free 15-min consultation call!
