Hello! I'm Chelsea! As your therapist, I will provide a warm and safe place for you to address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are affecting your daily life. I will be alongside you as you challenge and modify those thoughts and behaviors to improve your mood and reach your goals. The therapeutic modalities I utilize are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I offer individual therapy to adults suffering with depression, anxiety, and OCD symptoms. I have been working in mental health since 2014. I have experience working with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, stress management, substance use, and acute psychiatric distress. I am authentic and genuine in my work with individuals as I believe it helps build a strong therapeutic relationship.
