Chelsea has been working within her community for a decade. Chelsea's background includes foster care, juvenile probation and providing therapy at the local children's advocacy center. Chelsea's areas of expertise are in trauma to include physical, sexual, emotional abuse, and traumatic grief. Chelsea has extensive training in play therapy and sandtray therapy. Chelsea also provides EMDR therapy. Chelsea's goal is to help clients better understand their own bodies and why they behave the way they do, while helping reprocess intrusive thoughts and beliefs.
