Introduction

"And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good." - John Steinbeck, East of Eden I specialize in working with insightful, empathic women who have been conditioned to mistrust themselves. Together we challenge self-doubt and judgment so that they can flourish in their own skin. While my clients tend to be adult women, I enjoy working with folks of all genders, as well as with mature adolescents. The clients I have worked with best know me as warm, often silly, but always invested in their story. While clients come to me for a variety of concerns, I have a soft spot for eating disorders, perinatal mental health, and grief. My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral theory (CBT), incorporating other evidence-based forms of treatment to best match your needs. One such tool I am excited to use is EMDR, healing your past to transform your present. I love my work, and I would be so delighted to get to know you and your story. You deserve to feel confident and secure in your choice of therapist, so why not kick the tires by scheduling your free 15 minute consultation? If you've read this far, you have a hunch that we are going to do great work together, and I can't wait to get started! *(some in-person options may be possible in New Jersey)
