Introduction

Mental health therapy for children (ages 3-12), young adults, and families in Vancouver, WA. This is a safe, supportive, and collaborative space just for you. Helping individuals and families to overcome anxiety, depression, relationship issues, traumatic experiences, life transitions, and grief or loss. What I know to be true is the human experience can be tough at times no matter the age. Sometimes you need a person outside of your family and social circles who can help shift the way you experience and connect to yourself, the ones you love, and the world around you. My specialties include integrative and trauma-informed talk therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy. I offer parent/caregiver support to those looking to strengthen the child-parent relationship. I believe therapy is a personal experience that needs to be tailored to fit you, all of your unique self. I know finding a therapist that offers a sense of trust and safety is a foundational component of the therapeutic process. It’s all about finding a good fit. As a client looking for a therapist, it can feel overwhelming and confusing to find the right person to work with. It’s okay if you are not sure where to start. We can collaborate to identify what your therapeutic needs and goals are. Let’s get you where you want to be in life. – Chelsae Brown, MA, LMHC, CMHS
