I am a relational, somatic, mindfulness-based therapist. I use body-based techniques to help move from talking about what is happening, to sensing and feeling how it is happening in the body. This helps to move what is stuck and to add more to your sense of safety, calm and joy. I use Mindfulness to help increase awareness of what is happening inside and outside of us in order to increase grounding and resourcing as well as teaching the mind and body to move from a reactionary state to a responsive state. All of this is done in a container of authentic connection, because in a safe, connected and confidential space we are able to explore the unattended to or bottled-up parts that may otherwise stay hidden.
