My Practice As a counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their emotional and mental health journeys. At Autplay Therapy Clinic, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing therapeutic support that fosters resilience and emotional well-being. My practice encompasses a broad range of mental health needs, with specializations in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, trauma issues, anxiety, and depression. I approach therapy with a neurodiversity-affirming and informed perspective, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs. In addition to my experience in play therapy, I support individuals in the treatment of religious trauma. This involves helping clients heal from emotional and spiritual wounds related to their adverse religious experiences.
