Introduction

My Practice As a counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their emotional and mental health journeys. At Autplay Therapy Clinic, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing therapeutic support that fosters resilience and emotional well-being. My practice encompasses a broad range of mental health needs, with specializations in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, trauma issues, anxiety, and depression. I approach therapy with a neurodiversity-affirming and informed perspective, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs. In addition to my experience in play therapy, I support individuals in the treatment of religious trauma. This involves helping clients heal from emotional and spiritual wounds related to their adverse religious experiences. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to process feelings of shame, fear, or confusion, and support them in finding peace and understanding in their journey. My qualifications My qualifications demonstrate my commitment to diverse therapeutic approaches. I am a counselor in training, pursuing certifcation as a Registered Play Therapist. I am also trained in various therapeutic modalities such as Child-Centered Play Therapy and Filial Therapy. My services are available both in-office and via telehealth, ensuring accessible support for all my clients. I work as provisionally licensed counselor (PLPC) under the supervision of Dr. Robert Jason Grant(Missouri / 2001008080) Autplay Therapy Clinic. My Commitment to the Therapeutic Relationship At the core of my practice is a dedication to my clients' growth and well-being. I firmly believe in the inherent potential of every individual to achieve personal transformation and healing. Utilizing evidence-based practices and empathetic support, I help clients build resilience, gain insights, and develop coping strategies to lead emotionally fulfilling lives. Along with being neurodivergent affirming, I am LGBTQIA-affirming, racial justice allied, and body and sex positive.
