Introduction

I have been counseling since 2003 after having survived cancer, subsequent health issues, and infertility. It is due to my life experiences that I am now blessed to be able to come alongside others to offer the hope of a better tomorrow. I specialize in women's issues; perinatal and post-partum depression and anxiety; infertility; miscarriage; stillbirth; grief and loss, as well as life transitions, major depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and adolescence. My approach is eclectic, implementing person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and other therapies congruent with the individual and their unique situation.
