Born and raised on the windward side of 'Oahu, I am passionate about working with adolescents, adults and families that are faced with issues to include: trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, behavioral issues, domestic violence, divorce, parenting, substance use, incarceration and adjustment disorders.I tailor sessions to the individual's needs with a culturally sensitive approach. Some of the specific therapeutic modalities I offer are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy , Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivation Interviewing.
