Charlotte received her Master’s Degree in Social Welfare from UCLA and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCSD. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and a DBT-LBC Certified Clinician™. Charlotte’s clinical training has focused on multiple evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). In her practice she integrates these different approaches to collaboratively design a treatment plan tailored to each individual's needs to meet their specific goals. Charlotte specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship stressors, emotion dysregulation/impulsivity, career stressors, trauma, and disordered eating. She works with adults individually or couples to collaboratively improve their quality of life.
