I am a Licensed Psychologist and use Evidence Based Practices that are scientifically proven to help people change. I am driven by a desire to meet every client where they are and build a personalized plan for helping you meet your goals, whatever they may be. My style is flexible and warm and I want my clients to feel cared for every time we meet.
