Reaching out for support is the first step to making healthy changes for your life. I am glad you found me for that journey and I am happy to share some information about myself. I have lived in the bay area for most of my life. I received a B.S. in Marketing from DePaul University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from John F Kennedy University. I have 20+ years of experience working with individuals and couples who have a desire to make positive changes in their lives. I maintain a private practice based in California working primarily with adults and I have worked in various community agencies as a clinician and a Clinical Supervisor over the years seeing adults and adolescents. In my personal time I enjoy outdoor activities, spending quality time with friends and family and traveling. My work with clients focuses on helping people to address emotional experiences that arise, to develop a greater strength and capacity, to address issues from past and present and to experience greater fulfillment and authenticity. My style is interactive and approachable. I incorporate mindfulness, emotionally focused, somatic and cognitive approaches depending on what is needed.
