Introduction

I'm Charlotte, a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals from all walks of life unlock their potential, find healing, and discover their inner strength. With a diverse clientele, a toolbox that includes art therapy, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches, I'm here to guide you on your path to a happier, healthier life. I believe that every person's journey is unique, and it's my privilege to walk alongside you as we explore the depths of your experiences and emotions. I hold a deep respect for the diversity of human experiences and backgrounds, and I'm committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where you can truly be yourself. Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I'm here to help you identify your strengths and develop practical solutions. In our time together, we'll focus on the present and future, emphasizing your resilience and ability to create positive change. We'll work collaboratively to set achievable goals and celebrate your progress along the way. I firmly believe that every person possesses unique strengths and capabilities. Together, we'll explore and amplify these strengths, helping you build resilience and overcome obstacles. By recognizing and nurturing your inherent abilities, you'll gain the confidence to face life's challenges head-on. I hold a B.A. in Art from Fort Lewis College, and an M.S. in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I spend my free time being creative whenever possible through many different forms of art such as watercolor painting, ceramics, and digital media. I am a former military spouse and mom of 4 amazing kids. As a family we enjoy watching movies together, doing puzzles, and playing board games and Mario Cart.
