Introduction

Charlotte Jones is an Associate License Counselor. She serves as CEO/Founder. She got started in 2002 at a Psych Hospital in Gadsden Al, where she provided mental health treatment to female and male adolescent, long term units. As she climbed the latter from Mental Health Assoiciate to Mental Health Therapist, she also began working with children (3-11) and adults. The first step to mental wellness is the hardest and requires courage. If you are ready to work on yourself and acknowledge some truths, I am available to listen, support, shared and counsel in a supportive, caring, and professional environment. We can work on relationship building with significant other, family members, friends, and colleagues. I specialize in building and supporting positive self-esteem and self-confidence while giving you the tools and techniques to be victorious. If life stressors and events are overwhelming, we can work together to find coping strategies. If you are a parent with a special needs child and just would like to discuss the challenges, I am a NYS Certified School Psychologist, we can work together to find solutions. I enjoy working with people and my treatment approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other disorders.
