I’m a licensed clinical psychotherapist and marriage and family therapist in Texas committed to helping individuals overcome some common difficulties faced in the journey of life. My work focuses on helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I believe in holistic approach that includes cognitive, humanistic, behavioral, mindfulness and neuroscience approaches to mental health. I’m passionate about helping individuals reframe their experiences and expectations to chart their way forward toward the productive, healthy and loving life they desire.
