Through over 20 years of experience in human services with adults, adolescents, and seniors from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, I have developed an eclectic and collaborative approach to working with people that includes focus on: Changing negative/unhelpful thinking, finding life balance, understanding and regulating emotion, managing relationship issues, overcoming motivational difficulties, learning to enjoy the present, and coping with trauma and addiction. In our work together, we can devise a uniquely-tailored plan that allows you to approach problem areas and develop an understanding of them. I am committed to carefully listening to your story and understanding who you are as a person so that we can devise individualized strategies that fit your abilities and personality. My current office hours are Monday-Friday 12:30pm-7:30pm with in-person sessions available Tuesday-Friday of each week and masking required if meeting in the office.
