Introduction
I have worked with clients on a wide range of problems and concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and family conflict. I recognize that every client has unique experiences, motivations, and strengths, and I tailor my approach to the person sitting across from me. I see my role as providing a safe place to share your experiences, process your circumstances, and work toward making the choices and changes which will lead to a more fulfilling life. I practice an integrated theoretical approach with person-centered at the core. Above all, I find the quality of the relationship between therapist and client to be the most critical component to successful therapy. I believe it is important to meet every client where they are in life with unconditional positive regard. Beginning therapy may involve many unknowns and finding the right fit with a therapist can be a process. I am available for consultation calls to answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. I am available Sunday through Thursday for in-person and virtual therapy sessions.
