Introduction

I work with clients seeking help with relationships, attachment, sexuality, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief & loss. My approach is relational, humanistic, somatic and trauma informed. I work with couples, individuals, adult family members and LGBTQIA+ through body-based, direct experience considering family of origin, attachment, emotions, and the unconscious, with you leading the way. I am integrative and am informed by Gottman, Relational Life Therapy, EFT, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Hakomi, and Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting.
