Introduction
Many of my previous clients have presented with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Others find their circumstances to be so overwhelming they have developed unhealthy coping patterns and painful emotional and/or physical symptoms. All have discovered these issues were destructive to their quality of life. I realize clients start therapy at many different emotional places...It is my passion to meet them where they are and work systematically toward the goal of being the healthiest version of themselves. My ideal client is simply ready to take a chance on that process. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is developing a good client-therapist rapport and offering a safe space for people to explore and express emotions freely. I use a wide variety of therapeutic interventions in an organic manner and comfortable pace while also providing personal accountability to direct them toward their goals.
