Introduction

I help teen girls and women of color address concerns such as anxiety, depression, peer/family conflicts, self-esteem, and trauma. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered and Strength-Based Therapy focusing on providing you with tools that can lead to meaningful change and healing.
