Introduction

I help individuals to heal from body image issues, eating disorders, and shame so they can live a more free life. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder or any of the issues that come along with one (i.e. anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, guilt, shame, body image distress, or difficulty in relationships), I would love to help you. Or maybe you are a Christian who is trying to make sense of how you are feeling while also navigating your faith. Healing is possible and I am here to help!
