Introduction

Life is hard! Whether it's coping with unexpected challenges, parenting, dealing with memories we wish we didn't have, learning about a new diagnosis or condition, or starting a new career or job. All of these things push us out of our comfort zones, and we struggle to deal with them. It is normal to feel like your world is a bit out of control at times and that you're not sure what to do or how to do it. As a therapist, my goal is to help individuals create positive environments where they can learn and build their strengths to thrive. You are your life expert; I want to help you reach goals by tailoring interventions to help you achieve those goals. You have taken the most challenging step by deciding to speak to a therapist. Together we can work on strategies to move you toward a happier, more peaceful life.
