Introduction

Currently accepting in person and Telehealth sessions during COVID. When life is getting you down and you feel the weight of life on your shoulders. Know that there is someone to assist you with your everyday struggles. Life’s struggles come in all forms; depression, anxiety, behavioral, parental/child relationships, marital conflicts, or many more. My goal is to help enhance coping skills you already have to be the best YOU! I focus on assisting each individual with struggles they are experiencing. I am passionate about educating about symptoms while assisting individuals and families with the skills to promote healthy habits. I have over ten years’ experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families in the community, home and school settings. I received my Bachelors of Social Work from University of Memphis and Masters of Social Work from University of Tennessee. I also provide Clinical Supervision to current Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associates. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and many other areas of mental health. I enjoy spending time with my loving husband and children. I also enjoy volunteering with local groups providing support for children and families in need.
