Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm are, at times, debilitating. I understand how hard it can be living with these struggles and the need for someone to actively listen. Offering a DBT approach where I implement radical acceptance, emotional regulation skills, and distress tolerance, essentially helping clients have their own box of tools to find peace in the present moment.
