I am here to support your goals by providing you a compassionate environment and teaching you tools that you can use to manage emotions and stressors. We can work together to develop these tools using CBT, SFBT, and components from other approaches such as mindfulness and interpersonal therapy. My previous experience comes from working in community-based health centers and as a therapist for a Child Advocacy Center. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and mental health needs.
