Introduction

Sometimes we can navigate issues that arise and sometimes we need support. I approach all clients with openness and meet you where you are. I collaborate with clients and families to set and work toward goals together. In sessions we address concerns, build tools and skills (ex, calming, distress tolerance, emotion identification, self-regulation, improved relationships, harm reduction) that help you reach your goals. My experience is across a broad range of clinical concerns including anxiety disorders, trauma, depressive disorders, behavior concerns, attachment, school difficulty, family relationships, selective mutism, gender support, adoption/foster care and navigating stressful events or transitions. I am also a parent navigating raising two school-aged children. At this time I am only offering telehealth appointments and plan to offer in-person by March 2025.
