One thing is certain, life is abundant with change. Life is also abundant with struggle. The transition to parenthood is often writhe with difficulties and it is with these clients that I utilize my advanced training in perinatal mood disorders. My own personal journey with fertility challenges has informed my passion for working with men and women who face disappointments in life beyond ones control. You won’t have to catch me up on the infertility lingo or explain your situation because I have been there. My clients report feeling less stressed, less anxious, and less negatively impacted by trauma because they are equipped with skills to unhook from negative feedback loops that are leaving them feeling stuck.
