Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to help people in need. I became a therapist in order to fulfill that dream. It has been my mission to service others, especially to those who are in pain or lost. I have been practicing for over 20 years and provide a wide variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and much more. I have worked with a wide variety of clients including individuals, couples, families, and children. I have provided services to people dealing with all types of life issues including depression, anxiety, grief and so much more. I am extremely open-minded and empathetic.
