Introduction

My therapy philosophy values that no person is in need of "fixing" and that healing can be found in a space that centers listening, reflection, play, and curiosity. My therapeutic approach draws on principles of relational psychoanalysis, IFS and EMDR. You can expect my approach to be trauma-informed, LGBTQ-affirmative, and anti-oppressive.
